- 14–28mm zoom, f/4–5.6 (the widest aperture narrows as you zoom).
- Full frame lens; it also fits the mount's APS-C bodies.
- Autofocus (Stepping motor motor); no optical stabilisation.
- 345 g; 84 × 89.8 mm; 77mm filters; internal zoom (doesn't extend).
- Focuses down to 0.15 m, up to 0.50× magnification.
- Weather sealed.
- No used body-only listings at the stores we track in Europe today: check eBay and the Used filter.
Good for
- Landscapes and interiors (14mm-equivalent wide end)
